Services

FIRSTS provides custom collectible trading card design, printing, and related products for teams, leagues, and individuals. Services include photo sessions or photo integration, card design, printing, and delivery of physical and digital collectible products.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Pricing is provided upon request and may vary based on package, team size, and add-ons selected.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is required before cards are printed and shipped.
Custom products are made to order. Cancellations after design approval may not be eligible for a full refund.

Photos and Content

You are responsible for providing or arranging photos used in your order.
By submitting photos, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us permission to use them solely for producing your ordered products.
We will not use your photos for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit written consent.

Intellectual Property

The FIRSTS brand, logo, card designs, website content, and related materials are the property of 2MCE UI Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

Custom card designs created for your team are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use (display, gifts, team distribution). Resale of FIRSTS products requires written authorization.

Delivery

Standard turnaround is 3 to 4 weeks from photo session or photo submission to delivery. Rush options may be available. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incomplete photo submissions, or events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
